Ingredients for 4 persons:
4 large lettuce leaves
1 small pack of canned corn
1 190 gr. package of crab meat
100 gr. of rucola
2 medium-sized tomatoes
2 hard-boiled eggs
Extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, salt and pepper
Preparation:
On every plate, arrange a layer of lettuce, rucola, tomatoes sliced not too thinly, the corn and the crabmeat. Dress well with the vinaigrette obtained from mixing the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Garnish the dish with the hard-boiled eggs cut into slices.
