Ingredients for 4 persons:
280 gr. of pennette rigate
16 cherry tomatoes
1 pack of 190 gr. of crab meat
1 medium-sized onion
1 bunch of parsley
1 tiny piece of red pepper, extra-virgin olive oil, fresh basil, salt
Preparation:
Finely chop and mix onion and parsley, lightly brown them in a pan with a couple tablespoons of olive oil; cut the tomatoes in half and add them together with the crab meat. Let it flavour for a few minutes on medium heat, add salt as needed together with red pepper and basil. After cooking the pasta, add it directly to the sauce pan, mix it well for a few minutes on high heat and serve right away.
