Preparation:
Cut the tuna bottarga and the tomato in slices, not too thin. Arrange a slice of tomato, a slice of bottarga and a basil leaf on each slice of bread. Dress with oil and a little salt. N.B. Since the tuna bottarga has a strong flavour and is very salty, do not add too much salt. The authenticity of this dish comes from the contrast between the sweet and fresh flavour of the tomato, the saltiness of the tuna and the strong aroma of the basil.
