Salmon and golden apple fusilli

Ingredients for 4 persons:

2 golden apples
5 pickled capers
200 gr. of smoked salmon
280 gr. of fusilli
Olive oil and salt (as needed)

Preparation:

While the pasta is cookng, thickly dice the apples and cook them in a pan with some olive oil together with the capers. Cut the salmon into strips, add it to the pan and turn the heat off while keeping it covered. Two minutes before the pasta is ready, drain it and add it to the mixture in the pan. Continue cooking for a few minutes and add some cooking water if the sauce dries out.
