Exotic salmon skewers

Ingredients for 4 persons:

200 gr of smoked salmon
8 cherry tomatoes
8 bite-size mozzarella
1 banana (not too ripe)
2 thick slices of pineapple
Lemon juice (as needed)

Preparation:

Divide in portions the banana and the pineapple slices, damping them with lemon juice to prevent them from darkening. Cut the salmon slices in half if they are too big and fold them so that they look like roulades. Arrange the ingredients on a skewer alternating the colors.
